Welcome to Rotorua Intermediate! This is definately an exciting place to both teach and learn. Rotorua is my home, the schools I have attended as a student were Glenholme Primary, Rotorua Intermediate and Rotorua Girls High School then I went off to Hamilton Teachers Training College. I have been in education since 1995 doing a variety of roles.
I have grown up in a strong teaching whanau, where many of my immediate and extended family are in the education field. My brother and I have grown up on the sporting field hence this being another of my passions. My partner Eugene Kara is an art tutor at Waiariki Polytechnic and my daughter Maioha is at RGHS.
I am in Ngata team and am based in A2 just off the main office. I operate an open door policy where whanau are welcome to be apart of our learning environment. I look forward to meeting and working along side all of my students and their families as together we can achieve.
